Grafton Recruitment is searching for junior IT specialists for its client, Vantyx Systems. Our client is a successful multinational IT company, develops global business management solutions for various market segments including financial services, banking, public administration, industry and services. It is one of Portugal’s most successful software developers as well as service provider and is expanding in to 5 different European countries. With headquarters in Lisbon, Vantyx is currently searching for high calibrate applicants to integrate its team.
Greater part of the work performed is based on Microsoft .NET and the latest technologies available. The professional will be integrated in a 5-6 people team, under the supervision of a team leader. Main responsibility is remote support of the IT department for Vantyx’ national and international clients. Tasks include analysis and bug reporting from clients to the development team, suggestion analysis and application improvements requests to the development team, clarification of application usage, new parameterizations support and error problem solving during the use of the application.
The ideal candidate must be a Graduate in IT, must have relational databases knowledge, must be fluent in English and must have availability to work in shifts.
