Process and code invoices, invoicing procedures and controls to ensure the team achieve their SLA targets
Reverse invoices for incorrect posting
Responding to supplier queries placed on the Customer Support Delivery
Scan original invoices and related documents for processing
Raise, route and manage invoice exceptions process with business / vendor
Execute exceptions handling (e.g. urgent payments and issue management)
Ensure the effective coordination of archiving and mail handling

Accounting background and experience in business area 1-2 years are advantage, not required
