First line between the international airline company and passengers/customers/travel agents:
• Conduct sales and consultancy with passengers: give the necessary information about flight schedules, prices and tariffs, in charge to make reservations and sell tickets.
• Be closely in contact with customers enrolled in the frequent flyer program and furnish information about status and awards
• Manage relationship with travel agents: wait list, group requests, seat reservations, refunds, etc.
Location: Brno, Czech Republic
• First professional experience is an advantage but Fresh graduates are suitable too
• Excellent knowledge of one of the following languages: RUSSIAN, Polish, Croatian, Serbian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Slovenian (mostly spoken)
• Advanced English (spoken & written)
• Basic PC skills
• Good communication skills
• Service orientation and/or customer orientation, strong team spirit and self-organization
• Stress tolerance and reliability
• Flexibility for work in shifts (shift of 8 hours, total working time of 40 hours)
• Willingness to learn
BENEFITS
• Start salary 18 000 CZK brut (cca. 780 EUR) = cca. 14 200 CZK EUR net (cca. 550 EUR)
• Elaborated and motivating system of BONUSES: after 6 months up to 2 000 CZK net (cca. 76 EUR) bonus based on performance criteria

• 3 weeks of special theoretical TRAINING and then also “training on the job” + educational courses on special software, communication skill ARE PROVIDED and paid by the employer.
