Job Title: Finishing Works Supervisor

Location: Libya (Tripoli / Misurata)

Contract Period: Mnimum 4 years

Monthly Wage: Negotiable (depending on experience)


Job Description:
Minimum 7 years experience as supervisor for finishing works in building (residential, commercial, public) construction Sites (plastering of concrete block walls,

installation of gypsum partition walls or similar, installation of curtain claddings, installation of floor claddings such as ceramic tiles, concrete tiles, timber, PVC and

resin, painting works, insulation and waterproofing works, false ceilings, installation of doors and windows, etc.)
Capable to understand, read and speak English, at least sufficiently for everyday use at Site.
Capable to read and fully understand architectural construction drawings.
Knowledge of equipment, tools and machinery used for finishing works in building construction Sites and also capable to use them personally in case of need.
Knowledge of main construction materials used for finishing works in building construction Sites.
Knowledge of construction methods and techniques used for finishing works in building construction Sites.
Capable to supervise, coordinate, lead and assist workers teams.
Capable to set up and organize construction areas.
Capable to organize construction activities.
Knowledge of work safety rules and capable to get them followed by the workforce.
Knowledge of work quality rules and capable to get them followed by the workforce.
Capable to forecast the needs for construction materials and tools.
Capable to use simple optical level instruments.
