End-User Verification is a process to ensure that discounted products supplied via the special pricing process are passed onto the End user specified on the order.
Responsibilities:
¿ Review cases of suspected fraud
¿ Perform checks. Grey marketing
¿ Track and report End user Verification result / status
¿ Partner communication (includes Request / Reminder / Result)
¿ Stakeholder communication and open actions follow up
¿ Propose follow up actions on consequences for failures
¿ Ensure data quality
¿ Document and regularly report the status
Candidate Profile :
¿ Excel proficiency
¿ Good written and oral communication skills
¿ Fluent English and Czeck/Slovak
¿ Previous experience in business administration
¿ Team player, networking capabilities
¿ Good organization skills, structured approach
¿ Customer mentality
