Job Specification
The candidate will independently manage the collection, analysis, and publication of data and design documents regarding assigned categories. The Data Manager is a part of the procurement process and communicates with project and supplier managers to ensure the relevance of the data.
Responsibilities
Prepares and delivers analyses and presentations for customers to clearly convey missing data, pricing strategies, etc.
Ultimate responsibility for ensuring the technical completeness of pricing details and provision of key inputs into the project
performing of engineering and data management activities such as Master Data File creation and maintenance
data document development including cost breakdown
Development of supplier technical data packages (drawings & specs)
Completion of engineering document inspections and quality checklists

Bachelor degreee or higher technical-background is a plus
Fluent English and French /German /Russian both written and spoken
2 years of complex data analysis experience is a plus
Knowledge of a process such as Logistics , facility management, financial services, consulting , procurement is a plus
MS office , advanced level ( very good knowleedge of Excel is a must)
