RESPONSABILITATI

- Clearly identify requirements and scope of tender / bid packages,
- Prepare bid package commercial requirements (terms & conditions, etc.) to client standard requirements,
- Compile & issue bid packages (technical in liaison with Engineering),
- Address sub-contractor tender enquiries, expedite tender submittals,
- Review tenders, seek clarifications, make recommendations,
- Prepare and award sub-contractor contracts to client standard requirements,
- Seek pricing for materials & equipment, review, make recommendations, prepare and issue P.O.s to client standard requirements,
- Review contract terms & conditions, negotiate with sub-contractors,
- Prepare Pre-Qualification material in support of client Pre-Qualification packages,
- Perform pre-qualification of potential sub-contractors or suppliers (Dun & Bradstreet checks, Quality, HS&E, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, audit, sub-contractor interview / assessment, etc.) and make valued judgements on ability and make recommendations,
- Project Management,
- Interface with Clients, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers and other Fluor Divisions, Departments and Offices,
- Support other departments (Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Cost Control, Estimating, Projects, Purchasing, SRA Holder management, Executive Management, etc.) on an as-required basis,
- General office administration.


CERINTE

Minimum requirements
- Degree qualified, or equivalent (in Engineering),
- Experience in a procurement function,
- Experience in Contract / contract administration,
- Knowledge of terms & conditions, contracting policies & practices,
- Business acumen and ability to learn,
- Team player,
- Adaptable and able to work on own initiative.
