Supporting the management of the European Load Control Centre based in Bratislava by being primarily responsible and accountable for the execution of international inbound transportation;
Providing a high level of customer service as the lead co-ordination point between all stake holders affected by Kraft Foods International Transportation;
Ensuring the most cost effective and environmental solution for each and every transport is provided through load, vehicle and route optimisation;
Efficient and accurate processing of customer demands for transportation;
Understanding and being the key point of information and data relating to international transportation to support both the customer and LCC.
Proficiency in Romanian and advanced English knowledge;
Customer Service experience;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel is critical);
Previous experience in logistics or project and process management would be a plus;
Strong communication skills;
Very good organisational and time management skills;
Team player and problem solving attitude.
