Leading the Business Coordination team L&H or P&C;
Managing the team according to Swiss Re best practice;
Coaching, assigning and monitoring of the work of team members
Ensuring performance through setting and measuring KPIs of the team and the individuals
Growing of future team leaders
Developing subject matter expert skills within the team
Identification of training needs and organization of training activities for team members
Establishing and ensuring best practice collaboration with the local business service expert teams and client management in all markets
Representing Business Coordination L&H or P&C in Bratislava towards other functions
Representing the team towards Client Management and other functions outside of Bratislava (stakeholder management)
University degree in the area of economics, business administration or similar;
At least 5 years working experience; within reinsurance/insurance environment would be beneficial;
Language skills: very good command of English;
Previous experience in leading teams is a must ;
Ability to develop and lead a team of 16 people;
Strong customer focus and service orientation;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Proven organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities;
Proven interpersonal skills for work internally across departments, as well as with clients;
Strong decision making skills;
Fosters open communication.
