We are looking to expand our Voice Services team based in Sibiu with 4 additional employees that have a very good level of English and French. You will be using these two languages on daily basis communicating with customers in France or with customers around Europe that speak French, so this language is mandatory and your skills will be tested into an interview.
Please note that the role is based in Sibiu and you will have to be available to work in this location.
Role purpose:
• Scheduling and coordination of Number Porting’s with customers and other carriers in France for Colt's Voice products in good quality and within agreed SLAs.
Key accountabilities:
• Coordination with customers, carrier and local PTT to schedule number porting
• Prepare & verify number porting elements
• Update our main databases (OHS, Access Database, WEBNMTS, Spreadsheets ...)
• React to escalation as per business priority
• Understand what ‘service’ must be provided to customers and deliver this flawlessly
• Follow through on customer enquiries, requests or complaints – making sure that the customer has received a response

• Good French language knowledge (written and spoken)
• Good MS office or similar product know how ("Computer Literate")

We won more and more customers and by 1996 Colt was floated on the London Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ. We opened for business in Frankfurt, and gained our licence to operate in France.
Our European expansion continued as we raised new capital, won many awards, and began to work in Spain, Switzerland, and deepen our presence in France and Germany.
As of today, we are Europe’s leading information delivery platform, with over 35,000 European business and government customers. We have the fastest end-to-end European Ethernet network, seamlessly connecting over 100 cities. We also own and operate 19 state-of-the-art data centres.
