JOB DESCRIPTION
The Production Manager reports to the Plant Manager. He will be guided operationally and functionally by the Plant Manager / Colleague fromHolland.
During realisation of the activities the production manager will work according to the scheduled planning, process plans, product specifications, quality manual, laws and regulations regarding safety and environment, and company instructions, rules and procedures
EDUCATION
Bachelor degree in technical engineering (BSc), preferably mechanical engineering. Additional business administration training.
Practical and theoretical knowledge of management methods and techniques, modern manufacturing techniques, such as lean manufacturing and 5S, and assembly.
Knowledge of health, safety and environment.
EXPERIENCE
Management experience for at least 5 years in a technical environment. Experience with quality systems.
PERSONAL SKILLS
Good communication skills (also in English or German).
Accurate, leadership, persistent, self-starter, pro-active, quality-awareness, problem solving and analytical.
