RESPONSABILITATI

Reconciliation of the trackers to the procurement and supply share point tracker and ensuring that all status updates are correct and that no projects are taking longer than expected to pass through the approval process;
Work with procurement Finance Director to ensure all divisional budgets and forecasts are mapped to the procurement targets;
Ensure contracts data base is accurate and updated regularly and that all new contracts are entered into the database after sign off;
Creation and maintenance of dashboards for key projects those delivering over €25k of savings;
Build a carry forward tracking sheet to ensure that all multi-year contracts are captured and then reconciled with the relevant budgets and forecasts at a natural account level;
Track projects progressing through the Ariba system and update if any anomalies in process also highlight projects that are not being completed through the Ariba system;
Assist in the sign off of baselines with the India team at the outset of any project.


CERINTE

Degree or equivalent;
Experience of procurement, project management, processes or quality control particularly in the IT/services sector;
Part-qualified accountant ACCA/CIMA or equivalent;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build relationships with the wider team;
Excellent English both oral and written is a pre-requisite; another European language would be advantageous;
Team player;
Good planning and project management skills.
