- execute strategies for daily account management and optimization of our accounts on Google AdWords, Bing Ads and other search/display network platforms
- maintain and monitor bids, budgets, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics
- research, generate and optimize keyword lists according to presented needs
- conceive creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates according to presented needs
- manage display network placement lists on AdWords and through other advertising platforms
- generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and creation of new paid search marketing initiatives
- reporting generate daily, weekly and monthly for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
- implement testing plans, monitor, analyze conclusions and scale if the case
- keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
- work closely with the other team members to meet our goals
- monthly competitive, products & market research
- bachelor's degree; marketing degree preferred
- advanced PC User
- very good English skills; Spanish, French, German language are a bonus
- outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems fast and in a positive manner
- attention to detail, and effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- team player - ability to cooperate, learn with and from others
- ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
- high levels of integrity, autonomy, self-motivation
