o Drive and monitor the implementation and usage of InfoSec related standards according to policies and guidelines as well as to business and customer requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, 8th European Directive, BSI)
o Conduct and ensure regular trainings, provision of information and advice of all employees,managers and third parties
o Drive the appropriate classification of company proprietary information and adequate handling
o Advise in all local aspects of identity- and authorization management.
o Monitor and control the effectiveness of InfoSec projects and implemented measures.
• Drive usage of InfoSec processes and tools including documentation
o Successful implementation of projects (cost, time, scope and quality)
m Ensure that the Continental standard methods and technologies are followed
o Defines project standards like documentation, communication, meetings, templates, etc
o Executes all project planning activities, necessary to create the project documentation with targets, tasks, work
load, cost, risk analysis and timing in order to achieve the project targets
• Review approved Business requirements and define IT service specification (blueprint)
m Supports all related local projects in order to ensure Information Security conformity.
o University degree in Computers Science
m General knowledge about Information Security related standards, processes and tools
o Multi Project Management relevant experience
m Fast learner of internal organization and local business and processes, local infrastructure and application landscape
m Ability to motivate others and raise awareness for Information Security related risks and threats
m Ability to balance potential risks and costs of protective measures
