Role Purpose:

•Provides operational support to Managers and employees: development of reporting for Sales and Online agents, Database management, tools and process support, local interface with Central Sales Ops for commissions.
•Undertakes analyses of data to support the team
•To provide service in an Inbound or Outbound programme on behalf of a client, using a live web chat tool, telephone or any other means of communication, for the following activities: customer service and information provision, lead qualification and generation in compliance with the group’s Quality system and procedures set by the client.

Key Accountabilities:

•To manage all customer and/or prospective customer enquiries via live web chat, email outbound and inbound phone calls
•To provide a high level of customer service to meet the customer needs , with follow up and escalate where required
•To provide product and service information to customers
•To contact customers and/or prospective customers in order to present our clients’ products/services and validate customers needs and qualify lead
•Follow up on customers (by live chat, mail, e-mail or telephone) and the services
•Prepare and maintain Reports on the key Sales and MKTG performance indicators
•Follow up of the Commissions application with Central Sales Ops team
•Sales and MKTG databases management
•Sales Ops Support for the processes and tools


Role requirements

• 5+ years experience in Sales Operations, marketing , product marketing and /or business development
• Experience of marketing/sales to SME sectors via direct and indirect channels working within the IT or telecoms industry
• Experience of working and managing cross-functional projects
• Excellent corporate/commercial understanding of business and financial issues
• Demonstrable understanding of key business drivers for partners, resellers, fixed telecoms operators, and SME customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be creative, have imagination and inventiveness to generate new ideas and implement these to the benefit of the business
• Sound understanding of current global marketing initiatives / approaches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Self motivated and an ability to drive virtual teams to meet objectives
• Good competence in MS Office; Excel
• Sound technical knowledge of voice data and managed services


• Technical or Business related Degree
• Good knowledge of English grammar and spelling as well as a good knowledge of at least one other language :Italian, English and Spanish
