•Supports HR Country and HR BU in operational activities
•Supports Managers and employees on HR policy, processes and queries
•Provides trend data and standard reports
•Supports key HR processes such as performance management and compensation process
•Administrates all employee life cycle events
•Working closely with all HR Operational teams

• Experience of working in HR
• Knowledge across key HR disciplines
• Holding or working towards a professional HR qualification
