RESPONSABILITATI

Role purpose:

• Learning Solutions is as a centralised shared service and provides learning services to all Units across all geographies in the company under clearly defined SAs (Service Agreements).
• The L&D Specialist offers a Curriculum of Behavioural Learning Solutions (both in-house programmes and training offers in partnership with external training suppliers).
• Learning & Development Specialist for the Unit internally. The L&D Specialist will conduct a Training Needs Analysis specifically for the company. Based on the results and further on the Personal Development Plans and the Business needs he/she will develop a Learning & Development Catalogue for staff.

Key accountabilities:
• Support the development, delivery and evaluation of any type of behavioural learning programmes to engage key partners and inspire behaviour change at an individual and organisational level, including the company's Corporate programmes
• Take the instructional design lead in the development of the learning solution / training programme and recommends the most appropriate delivery channel.
• Design specific templates and processes to work with the requesting employee, manager or team to clarify key learning objectives and expected outcome.
• Manage the day-to-day logistics, administration and vendor relationships associated with all units Learning Solutions development programmes
• Provide input to scoping, developing and delivering new learning programme opportunities
• Research external training providers and their respective training provision to provide advice and guidance to the company's on internal training programmes
• Responsible for the development of the career/personal development planning in the unit

CERINTE

Experience required:

• Experience as a learning and development practitioner
• Extensive knowledge of learning, training and development principles and practices and how these relate to behaviour change
• A track record of success in designing, delivering and evaluating learning programmes
• Good degree of emotional intelligence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with experience in working with business leaders
• Ability to think creatively to identify business relevant opportunities and solutions for sustainable learning programmes
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans which deliver against business plan objectives
