Leading the Scrum development team and ensuring that operation is continuously improved;
Implementing and maintaining the Agile manifesto;
Ensuring project delivery;
Ensuring development complies to development standards;
Providing coaching to the Speedboat organisation, in conjunction with the Product Owner;
Communication with business customers;
Team performance management.
Minimum 5 years experience leading a Java and web service based portal development team;
Previous experience as Scrum Master would be a plus;
Proven track record of progressive thinking and continuous improvement and coaching;
Previous experience in a fixed-line telecom environment and ideally a managed services or solutions business;
Highly skilled in backend development (Java, Ruby, Spring, Hibernate), frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), automated testing (Ruby / Cucumber), continuous integration and deployment;
Very good written and verbal English, a second European language would be a plus.
