► Working / tasks in the area Active Directory :
- Creation and change management of users in Active Directory;
- Change management of authorizations in Active Directory.
►1st Level Support / Dispatching of incoming phone calls and tickets:
- Answering / handling of phone calls;
- Working on tickets;
- Creation / maintenance of the documentation in this area.
► Tasks in Software distribution area:
- Project work during the setup of a new software distribution process based on SLD (Symantec Livestate Delivery), the project is managed from central IT in Germany;
- Administration and change management of the Software Distribution process based on SLD;
- Scripting / programming of new packages for SLD;
- 1st and 2nd -level support for the SLD processes.
► Documentation of processes and systems (creation and maintenance of documentations according to our standards).
► 1st Level Support for other areas, technical support for our intranet.
► Support the continuous
improvement process within the IT environment.
♦ Study of Information Technology, Informatics or Computer Science;
♦ 2 – 3 years experience with Microsoft Active Directory Products, Programming Know How, Basic Know How in Support of IT Systems;
♦ Know How of Software Distribution Processes Experience with IT Helpdesk Process;
♦ Analytical thinking, good communication skills, interest to work in a Support Environment;
♦ Advanced knowledge of written and spoken German and English language;
♦ Willingness to travel.
