The international automotive supplier Continental AG, Hanover, placed at the end of 2003 a further production site into operation in Romania. The new location in Sibiu was meant to produce and develop electronic components for the automotive industry. The location consists in a production facility (Plant) and a research & development center (Engineering Center).
As an Experienced HR Generalist your responsibilities will be to:
Develop & implement HR practices within the organization
Ensures good functioning of the human resources activity within the area of responsibility, through correct management and application of specific HR procedures, in accordance with the labor legislation, the internal regulations of the company and the company HR policy
Personnel administration: elaboration of employment documents, maintenance and update of the employees database)
Work closely with department managers to determine the need of the organization
Regular monitoring of the HR Key Performance Indicators
Develop & implement marketing events and special HR projects
Monitor and develop training programs for the employees
Maintain the relationship with the Labor authorities
University degree
One or two years of general experience in the HR department, preferably in a multinational company
Good knowledge and understanding of the Romanian labor legislation
Good English knowledge
Excellent soft skills - HR related
