RESPONSABILITATI

- Planning and coordinating the human resources activities to reach maximum levels of employee productivity;
- Ensuring an accurate applicability of the strategy by elaborating and updating policies, procedures and process flows;
- Developing objectives, targets and projects in the areas of personnel policy, records administration and labor relations;
- Recommending efficient organization structure and development plans;
- Overseeing the maintenance and communication of records required by current regulations;
- Analysing and reporting of the HR KPIs;
- Identifying and delivering career and development opportunities for employees.
- Providing advice, guidance and support to other team members and colleagues;


CERINTE

- Relevant experience, coordinating large and complex projects from different HR areas; (automotive experience would be a plus)
- Business understanding and the ability to see the big picture (HR and organisation);
- Business partner for internal customers
- Good knowledge of HR and automotive market
- Analytical and planning skills;
- Strategic thinking and initiative ability;
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills at all levels;
- Fluent in English;
