Job scope:The overall purpose of the job is to manage the specific sales activities and the sales team (Presellers, Merchandisers, Delivery Drivers, CLVs).
Job responsibilities:
- Develop the business in the assigned territory
- Manage the clients business in the assigned territory
- Follow-up the cash flow
- Manage the sales force, adapt and implement the company sales strategy
- Recruit, train, develop the sales team
Education:
- University degree
Experience:
- 3- 5 years previous experience in sales FMCG (multinational company is a plus)/minimum 2 years experience in similar position
Competencies:
- Ability to achieve results effectively; proactivity and initiative skills;
- Good communication skills, leadership, capability to build high performing teams;
- Determination, flexibility
PC skills:
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Driving License:
B category
Languages:
English language, good level, both written and spoken
