RESPONSABILITATI

- The assistant manager position is directly subordinated to the Managing Director. The Assistant manager will mainly ensure a lean functionality regarding the communication and ongoing projects for the top management team.
- The assistant manager:

o Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the top management.
o Prepares programs of meetings concerning organizational aspects.
o Schedules appointments. Gives information to callers. Assures that managers are not burdened with clerical work or minor administrative and business details.
o Files and directs incoming mail. Composes and types routine correspondence.
o Manages and organizes administration work in the office.
o Answers the telephone and gives information to callers or directs calls to the appropriate official.
o Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business and directs or conducts visitors to the appropriate person.
o Arranges travel schedules and reservations.
o Records minutes of staff meetings.
o Creates and/or executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
o Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
o Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
o Conducts project tracking and reporting.
o Plans and conducts public relations program designed to create and maintain the company profile.
o Prepares information sheets, new releases, photographs, scripts or tape recordings for media representatives, clients etc
o Maintains contact with media.
o Promotes goodwill through publicity speeches, exhibits, films, tours and question/answer sessions
o May issue information leaflets about the activities of the company.
o Prepares specific documents in line with the set procedures.


CERINTE

- University degree
- 3+ years exposure and experience in a similar position (ESSENTIAL)
- Previous tracked (proven) experience in working in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in projects coordination (principles, steps, instruments)
- The candidate must have knowledge about the problem solving techniques, conflict phases, personality types and to be able to adapt and apply them properly.
- The ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently
- Able to thinking out of the box
- Sound ability to creatively solve problems at a rapid pace
- Self organized, used to work on agenda (prioritizing tasks, setting clear objectives, keeping track records of the projects / tasks, follow up deviations from plans)
- English – advance level (ESENTIAL)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office medium / advance level (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) (ESSENTIAL)
- Valid driver license – B cat.
