On behalf of our client, world-class manufacturer of foundation equipment, we are looking for a Production Manager for Sebes plant.
Responsibilities:
Planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing in compliance with company goals and objectives;
Study the feasibility and budgeting;
Monitoring and evaluation of productivity and performance;
Continuous monitoring of staff and their work;
Mediation between Romania and other group companies;
Supervising the activity of Quality, Technical and Logistics, Administrative and Purchasing departments:
Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs;
Control and supervision of the 'technical department (technological processes, stages of labor, machines CNC programs, commitment machines);
Study of the devices, tools and workshop equipment required;
Supervising the Logistic department: internal transport and exports;
Purchasing management (material contract, consumables, spare parts and tools);
Inventory Control;
Relations with the "authorities" and consultants;
Draw up and negotiation of contracts for the supply and provision of services.
Extensive experience on a similar position in machinery production / steel framing;
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical field;
Very good level of English, Italian is a plus;
PC skills, knowledge of ERP or any software used in production management;
Passion for production and technology;
High-level leadership and decision-making skills.
