• Development of engineering procedures (routings), in-process packaging, FMEA, layout
• Control of continuous improvement process activities, i.e. the process itself, the machine, fixture, safety, handling
• Responsibility and leading for updates of and changes in technological procedures (routings), in-process packaging, FMEA and layout
• Development of technological procedures (routings) for reworking, additional work and replacement technology.
• Identification of optimum manufacturing machines, equipment, fixtures, tools, in-process packaging and protective aids.
• Specification of technical requirements for the machines, fixtures, tools. Checks of their suppliers in the course of their manufacturing.
• Responsibility for the choice of operations from the view point of necessity of replacement technology and their back-up.
• Responsibility for solution of the detailed organization of workplaces, ergonomics included
• Participation in solution regarding the paletts, magazines etc. placement.
• Participation in development of the workplace standard.
• Supervision of assembly and preassembly procedure observance.
• Supervision of labour safety.
• Solution of engineering-related quality problems.
• Tests and leading of a new or modified technology of assembly procedures.
• Comments on DNM (Defective Material Notification), suggestions for changes and drawings
- Mechanical , Electromechanical or Electrical engineering degree
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken ), German will be a plus
- Experience in automotive industry will be a plus
