You will develop the engineering procedures (routings), in-process packaging, FMEA, layout.
You will develop the improvement activities of the process through verifying and attendance of the machines.
You will develop of the technological procedures (routings) for reworking, additional work and replacement technology.
You will identify of optimum manufacturing machines, equipment, fixtures, tools, in-process packaging and protective aids.
You will be responsible for the choice of operations from the view point of necessity of replacement technology and their back-up.
You will test and lead of a new or modified technology of assembly procedures.
You will comment on DNM (Defective Material Notification), suggestions for changes and drawings.
Mechanical , Electromechanical or Electrical engineering degree
Experience in industrial field ; automotive industry will be a plus.
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken ) and German.
