- Coordinates, follows-up , surveys new projects
- prepares the plant for the implementation of new projects
- prepares project implementation in the manufacturing process
- is responsible for taking and implementing the project from the prototype stage to serial production
- makes and observes the delivery plan according to the project stage
- analyses and adapts the technological flow according to the clients’ change requests
- periodically organizes project meetings with all the involved departments
- puts together action plans and makes sure they are solved
- advanced technical studies, preferably engineering
- advanced English knowledge
- German would be an advantage
- Experience in project management, at least three years
- Experience in automotive
- AUTOCAD knowledge, Microsoft Project knowledge
- Good organizational skills, planning skills
- Good communication skills, analytical thinking, initiative
