You will be responsible for:
- Definition / generation of test concept, test specification and test documentation
- Development of Test-Hardware (boards, probe-cards)
- Development of quality and cost optimised test packages for production test
- Ramp up support and yield optimization
Requirements:
- Graduate of a technical university (computer science, electronics, automation etc.)
- Experience with C/C++, VB, VBT-IGXL programming languages
- Good Knowledge in MS-Office required
The following skills are an advantage:
- Mixed signal IC verification/ characterization
- Knowledge of DFT (design for testability)
- Statistical Process Control
General skills:
- Advanced English language skills
- The ability to enforce and constantly strive to achieve the highest quality results
- Team spirit and willingness to cooperate closely with international and cross-functional integrated circuit development teams
- Analytical thinking and problems solving skill
