Our client is a major multinational group acting in the automotive field, looking for a Software Development Engineer with the following responsibilities:
* the working location will be in Italy and the labour contract is unlimited;
The candidate will be responsible for the development and testing of control algorithm software for real time engine control systems.
The tasks:
Revision of specification with algorithm engineers
Software architecture design
Software coding, autocoding
Validation test definition, execution (on target hardware) and results analysis
Software documentation
Projects management support in terms of organization and planning
Degree in Electronic engineering
At least 3-5 years professional experience in development and testing of real-time software
Excellent knowledge of C programming, microcontrollers and related development tool chain (compilers, debuggers, ...)
Knowledge of algorithm development tools like Matlab and Simulink Experience in automotive applications is preferred
Fluent English, team working and good communication skills
