To follow the production of the allocated clients and to offer consultancy regarding all the necessary aspects for production improving.
To execute personalised feeding programmes, as a service offer for selling the company’s products.
To solve the complaints from the allocated customers group.
To analyze and to communicate internally clients expectations and needs analysis (products and services)
To participate in portfolio review process/meetings
Builds professional and appropriate relationships with key customers of the Company by visiting their headquarters in order to acknowledge their farms and management
Establishes proper relationships and communicates efficiently with other relevant functional departments
Maintains professional relationships with the technical personnel from the Group and the company
Improving the production of the company's customers taking into consideration the existing cost constraints.
Improving the company’s profitability through the actions taken.
Is responsible for developing the work relationships development inside the company and the allocated clients.
Solid knowledge of animal nutrition
Communication skills (English) with persons of managerial level, internally and externally
Numeric analysis skills in order to choose the most echonomical solution based on the given constraints.
Creative way of thinking,
Conflict solving skills.
Ownership
Strong knowledge in operating feed recipe optimisation programmes like Bestmix and Brill represents an advantage.
