Descrierea postului:

- Deliver High Quality Solutions to Customers Quickly, Courteously and Cost-effectively
- Provide highest level of Technical Support to our customers through technical expertise
- Effectively interact with the engineering teams to provide solutions to complex technical issues
- Technical Training, Coaching, Mentoring
- Product Testing/Beta Testing
- Maintain and expand working knowledge of current company products as well as their integration and methods of support delivery
- On Call , 24x7 Email and Phone Support, willing to be assigned on night shifts
- And other duties required as defined by management

This labour contract will be signed for a period of time for 2 years.



Cerinte:


- BS graduate of an IT related course (preferably Computer Science or Computer Engineering)
- Minimum three (3) years experience on IT Security
- Experience and knowledge in two or more of the following areas:
* VPN, Cryptography, Public Key Infrastructure
* Penetration Analysis, Information Security Planning, Security Policy Development, Intrusion Detection, Threat Analysis, Virus Control
*Network Security, Operating System Security. Internet Security
- Security Certifications a plus (ex. CISSP, SANs, GIAC, ICSA, etc)
- Experience in Windows OS and Unix is preferred
- Minimum three (3) years experience as a Network Administrator
- MCSE Certified for Windows NT/2000 or Linux/Solaris Certified Administrator an advantage
- Working knowledge in any of the following Applications:
* Sendmail, MS Exchange Server, Lotus Notes
* MS Proxy, ISA, Firewalls (Checkpoint)
* TCP/IP, WAN, VPN
- Knowledge in FTP, HTTP and SMTP Protocol
- Hands-on experience in Internet/Networking environment, and client/server applications
- Certification on the following is an advantage: SCSA/SCNA, RHCE, CLA/CLP (Principal), LPIC
- Help Desk / Support Experience is an advantage
- Good command of the English language (written and oral)
- Knowledge in software test automation or experience in software test tools development is a plus
- Knowledge in Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage (written and oral)
