- Provide advanced remote server support and administration to meet customer SLA’s and Company objectives.
- Provide support to accounts that span 24/7 hours of operation.
- Work with problem management to establish “Root Cause” and create new processes for Incident and administration support.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 2+ years experience providing server (hardware and software) operations support in a big network environment supporting Windows servers
- Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Understanding of network protocols (SNMP) and VPNs.
- Knowledge in Visual Basic Scripting
- Experience with the operation of monitoring Tools ( MOM, Tivoli)
- Knowledge about storage and backup technologies
- Knowledge of used backup software products
