Project Title: \"Strategy for Information Systems for Public Finance Management Reform\"
Experts Profile:
1. International Expert: shall have at least 15 years experience and international references in the area of proposal and development of information systems strategy for public finance management; shall have an advanced degree, evidence of knowledge in the IT area, economy and Business Manageemnt, Public Finance Management Systems; practical experience in proposing information system strategy in the public finance area in UE states and transition economies;excellent command of English
2. Local Expert: shall have at least 10 years experience in the area of business analysis/engineering and development of information systems for public sector in general and finance management in particular; practical experience in proposing information system strategy in thepublic finance area; an advanced degre, evidence of knowledge in the iT area, Economy, and Busienss Management, Public Finance Management Systems; excellent command of English.
Starting date: April 2004; Finishing date of the contract: March 2005.
All the activities will take place in Slovakia. The contract should cover all costs of travel and subsistence.
All the reports have to be written in English.
