WalletHub is one of the leading personal finance destinations in the US, and it's rapidly growing its Romanian operation (currently consists of more than 25 people).
We're looking for a focused and fast learning individual to join our team and help us take over the world!
Responsibilities include:
- participate in recruiting processes as support to meet hiring goals
- process applications and provide feedback to candidates
- evaluate candidate performance during the recruitment process
- maintain and develop CV and candidate database
- manage job postings
- outreach to potential candidates through social networks, professional groups and associations, universities etc
- perform research and provide recommendations on new recruiting sources and techniques
Monthly salary is ~$875. It can vary based on hours worked, background and experience.
- Great attention to detail
- Advanced English language skills
- Good communication skills
- Organized and able to handle/prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient with MS Office tools
Optional but a big plus:
- bachelor's degree (or higher) in relevant domain
- experience in HR and/or data management
- flexible work hours
