Key Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Review and provide the necessary reports to the local authorities
- co-ordinate finance for 3 production units, organise and supervise several finance professional teams simultaneously
- develop relationship and maintain communication with auditors and tax authorities
- business problem solving
- provide technical direction, guidance and support on accounting treatment and tax matters to the management team
- positive contribution to the leadership of the organisation
- contribution to new investment projects
- at least five-years relevant experience in a multinational environment, including at least three years experience in managing staff, preferably subsidiary of a multinational company
- strong technical skills in Romanian accounting, tax (some experience in IFRS is an advantage) and US-GAAP
- can do attitude

- people management and organizing skills
- good IT-affinity and experience in integrated IT systems
- strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with people at all levels
