Hoist /Rig Manager/
Tool Pusher Shall have a minimum of ten (10) years An intervention experience and a minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar position or have demonstrated competence based training qualification for the position.
§ A degree in an engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
§ IWCF Certification (Supervisory Level)
Base Manager Shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar position
Night Tool pusher Shall have a minimum of Five (5) years experience in intervention operations with minimum experience of two (2) years in the same position.
Driller The driller shall have a minimum of six (6) years experience in well intervention operations with a minimum experience of three (3) years in the same position.
Assistant Driller The Assistant Driller shall have at least four (4) years relevant experience in Well intervention operations with a minimum experience of two (2) years in the same position.
IWCF ( Driller Level)
Chief Mechanic Shall have a minimum of seven (7) years experience in with minimum experience of four (4) years in the same position
A degree in an engineering or equivalent technical qualification..
Chief Electrician Shall have a minimum of seven (7) years experience in with minimum experience of four (4) years in the same position
HSE Advisor
Shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience. Shall as a minimum comply with requirements, experience, competence and qualifications required as per company?s HSE procedures. A competence based equivalent training program shall also be acceptable.
M & L Coordinator Shall have a minimum of ten (10) years oilfield experience and five (5) years relevant well services site and/or workover operations experience with a minimum of two (2) years in a similar position.
A degree in an engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
Occupational Health Advisor With appropriate expertise and training to advise Contractor, its senior management and line supervisors on a regular basis.
Mud Engineer Shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience with minimum experience of two (2) years in the same position. A degree in Science( Chemistry) or equivalent qualification is recommended.
Specific Skills Training
Personnel shall have completed, and in the event of a course assessment have passed, the specific skills training set forth in the following table prior to the Commencement Date and thereafter at the stated frequency, unless otherwise provided for elsewhere.
