The positions are available for Transilvania / Moldova / Muntenia areas.

Job responsibilities:
- Develops and implements corporate segment strategies and annual business plan;
- Defines operational targets in the large and midsize corporate segments in terms of market position and revenues and break them down by Relationship Manager (RM);
- Sets up potential customer database and coordinating customer assignments to RMs;
- Equips RMs with marketing and sales concepts / tools to achieve set objectives and coaching them on selling skills;
- Monitors product and client profitability and service level;
- Systematically tracks the fulfillment of strategic and operational targets and initiates corrective actions to tracking potential gaps by RM and transfer best practices.

Job requirements:
- At least 3 years of business development experience, preferably in a Corporate banking division;
- Bachelor?s degree with concentration in business administration, finance or related field and / or equivalent sales management experience;
- Ability to supervise, motivate and coach staff in sales and service efforts;
- Good command of English language.
