Position is located in Bucharest
Main tasks and responsibilities:
1. Contract management and billing:
- contract administration for timely and accurate billing
- raise invoices to customers
- coordinate with Billing Helpdesk for Query Resolution related to Customer Invoices
- generate daily Billing status report etc.
- generate various other MIS helping information dissemination and proactive resolution of process inefficiencies
- maintain up-to-date customer master data and accurate billing data
2. Communication with Customers and Collection:
- query resolution with operations and customers
- communicating with customers on topics like invoice distribution and for accrual purposes
- cooperate with Treasury on collection efforts
- cross-functional coordination with Management and Finance & Planning Analysis Team
3. AR Accounting:
- booking invoices in Oracle
- cash posting of incoming payments
University degree
More then 3 years of professional experience in contract management, collections, billing and AR accounting
Excellent Communication Skills to interact with Global
and Internal Customers
Very good English skills
Good Computer Skills with Excel proficiency
Willingness to learn new things and good grasping ability
Ability to stretch, especially when having peak volumes during month end
