• The Commissioning Manager takes primary responsibility for organising and directing the home office and / or site commissioning requirements as per the contract.
• Provide leadership and support during detailed engineering, procurement, construction, integration, commissioning, start-up, initial operations, performance test and the handover phases of the project
• Look after the start-up sequencing
• Reviewing operating manuals
• Co-ordinate with Client, Contractors, Suppliers and Licensors to ensure a smooth and safe start up
• Review and preparation of commissioning related documentation and co-ordination of Client’s, Contractor’s and Supplier’s commissioning staff to ensure a smooth and safe start-up.
• Investigate technical problems with assistance from specialist engineers and suppliers
• Prepare and assist with Client hand-over and with completion of contract custody transfer documents as appropriate
• Prepare a final report to include summary of problems, solutions and recommendations for future improvements
• Prepare a Site Closeout Report
• B.S. or equivalent Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, with relevant experience in oil & gas industry with proven managerial performance
• Must have been in Consultant’s organization for at least three (3) years in similar position.
• Must have handled large and complicated commissioning installations, either in Consultant or Contractor organization
• Should be fully knowledgeable about commissioning procedures and techniques to be employed, materials used and testing procedures to be applied for installations
• Should have the ability to identify non-conformances against project requirements and persuade the contractor for timely corrective/ preventive actions
• Should possess coordination / communication skills and very good knowledge of spoken and written English language

• Salary: For the advertised position a minimum salary with 3.500,- Euro gross per month- depending on qualifications and experiences
