Job responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development of the methodology regarding branch location and design;
- Identifies and makes proposals for selecting the best locations of new branches;
- Participates in tenders or direct contract negotiations for the purchase / renting of the selected locations.
Job requirements:
- University degree in technical area;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in banking field);
- Good economical and technical knowledge of the real-estate market;
- Good command of English language;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Analytical abilities.
