Power IC Design.
Understand IC Specifications based on the product needs.
Develop Block Level IC diagrams
Design and Simulate (with and without parasitic extraction) all IC functions.
Ensure simulations show compliance to IC Design Spec.
Supervise IC Layout, ensuring parasitic and component matching do not affect specification compliance.
Ideally, the candidate will have a Mixed-Signal background, with Analog emphasis.
Knowledge of BCD technologies and Power IC Design.
A working knowledge of IC Design Tools, such as Cadence IC Design Environment, SPICE and Behavioral models is a plus.
Good analytic skills and Lab experience is required.
The candidate must have good communication skills and be available for overseas travel and perform well in a cross-functional, cross-cultural team environment.
