This role has been created in Genpact in order to ensure realistic, workable and satisfactory solutions for the customers and for Genpact in the area of Finance & Accounting at the site in Romania.
Our basic business model of business process outsourcing and technology services involves transitioning (in other words movement) of business process in different areas such as finance, accounting, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement etc. from the customer site to the Genpact site. In this specific case, we are only talking about the processes in Finance & Accounting, hence the functional knowledge is essential. The role incumbent will hence be required to travel to the customer site in order to design the adapted Finance & Accounting process to Genpact Romania.
The job will more specifically involve the following:
· Responsible for assessing processes and recommending solution/potential for migration
· Planning of processes and adaptations to be executed at Genpact site
· Ensure feasibility and compliance of adapted process design
· Ensure seamless process adaptations
· Manage relationship with customer
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance/Accounting/MBA or any other degree in the area related to Finance & Accounting
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting / Shared service /Audit
Strong project management skills and experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, Relationship management skills and Problem solving approach
Very good German or French skills
Spoken English knowledge
The person must be open to extensive travel across Europe. While the person’s permanent location of work is Bucharest, the nature of work is such that the person has to travel extensively across the global and more specifically to the western European countries. It would be good if the incumbent were already holding a valid Romanian passport.
