The selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination of TRW's Oravita production site: reaching the production and quality targets for steering wheels, delivery terms, costs, efficiency, etc.
He/she will have to coordinate about 250 employees.
At least 5 years experience in a managerial position in production area (automotive industry is a plus);
English language - advanced level;
Availability to stay and work in Oravita.
Posibility to work in a multinational environment;
Motivating salary package corelated with the candidate's experience and abilities.
