Technical studies(preferablycivil constructions)
Very Good English and Russian knowledge (written and verbal), other languages could be consider an advantage
Relevant experience inresidential construction
Knowhow in wooden constructions
Communication skills
Analytical and systematic thinking
Availabilityto travel
Good IT skills
