- Develops and implements an effective reliability management and condition monitoring system to monitor performance of mechanical machineries to improve reliability, availability and integrity of plant facilities.
- Carry out systematic Condition Monitoring, Reliability & Performance Analysis and Root Cause Failure Analysis. Provides troubleshooting and engineering support and facilitates equipment failure investigations to improve maintenance programs and enhance plant reliability and performance.
- Coordinates/ develop and implement reliability and performance management programmes including scorecards to identify ¿bad actors¿. Prepare reliability and performance monitoring check lists using the most appropriate techniques available.
- Reviews and discusses reliability engineering work progress, performance and related issues with technicians. Monitor and ensures systematic and consistent implementation of work methods and procedures used in reliability management and engineering and recommends improvements.
- Receives, investigates and resolves complaints related to performance or reliability of mechanical equipment and machineries. Evaluates various reliability engineering technologies, identifies opportunities for improved performance and recommends changes/upgrades to maximize reliability.
- Identifies and recommends requirements for specialized contractor work for reliability related functions/ Services.
- Carry out feasibility studies and provide input for engineering and project management services for minor projects including the planning, execution and supervision of the works.
- Monitor the quality and performance of the reliability and performance management system against the KPI¿s and ensures continuous improvement of reliability management services.
- Must have good experience in gas plant operations and will ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of plant & offshore facilities maintenance planning services.
- Minimum 8 years Oil/Gas Plant Operations Experience in Maintenance program planning activities a must.
- Day rate 550 USD 2 year renewable contract 5 days work week Residential position
