This job requires a lot of hard work and long hours in order to succeed. The normal workweek is 6 days a week, 8 hours a day. The job will pay a base salary, plus commission, incentives and bonuses. Each employee receives 21 paid days vacation once a year and a paid round trip flight to their home country once every two years. Each employee receives shared accommodation + transportation on the expense of Client’s stores.
