The responsibilities of a concierge will range widely based on the needs of the visitor. As a concierge, you will need to be flexible and accommodating. You have to be knowledgeable about the venue and the surrounding area. You need to know what the facility can offer to them in any number of special circumstances. Responsibilities often include a large number of tasks done on a daily basis.
- Communicating with the customer is often the first responsibility of the concierge. This includes speaking to them over the phone and in person. The concierge is the go to person for any of the customer needs and questions.
- The concierge also provides all the information that guests needs to enjoy their stay. This may include providing information on the facilities available and the services able to be booked. It may also include providing information on travel routes, schedules for outings and transportation availability.
- The concierge may handle bookings for special shows for guests. The concierge may help with obtaining tickets and setting appointments for guests as needed. This is especially true in facilities that are more formal.
The concierge is often on hand throughout the visit to answer questions and to make recommendations.

High School Graduate or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in Hotel/Restaurant. Knowledge of Fidelio/Opera.

- Local transport: A mini bus will be used for staff transferring from/to accommodation to/from workplace
- Paid leave of 30 days per year
