Acting as Server Management team member;
Active Directory management / Management of Exchange environment;
Solving various incidents;
Communicating/coordinating actions on the 3rd support line;
Implementing changes, monitoring efficiency and systems performance.
Knowledge of Active Directory Windows 2003/2008;
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server (2007 and/or 2010);
MSSQL, MS Clusters, WMware, Citrix, HP ProLiant Blade Servers, DELL Servers is an advantage;
Ability to support multiple business needs at once and work with little oversight;
Ability to solve problems and proactive attitude;
Capability to read and write technical documentation;
Good command of spoken and written English;
