For our Client, a global partner of the financial sector, providing business and technical consulting within IT services, we are currently looking for:
Java programmer (Technical Lead)
Location: Łódź (Poland)
    Designing and developing solutions dedicated to the financial and insurance sectors
    Implementing solutions and handling the project realization, according to the SCRUM methodology
    Co-operation with the Clients
    Managing the technical documentation throughout the project
    Providing substantive support and supervising junior programmers
Fluency in Java programming (well-developed java programming skills) supported by at least 5 years of commercial experience
    Proven experience in designing the application architecture
    Knowledge of the Spring framework, Weblogic and Struts
    Hands-on experience in the multi-threaded programming
    Knowledge of Messaging (e.g. JMS)
    Experience with the SCRUM methodology (projects realized according to the SCRUM methodology)
    Very good knowledge of English
    Hands-on knowledge of the test-driven development
    Familiarity with the Enterprise Architect solution
    Experience in managing project teams
