For our client, an international production company establishing its multi-lingual IT support centre, we are currently looking for IT Technical Supports/Technical Supports Engineers for the position in Grójec with the knowledge of following languages: German/Slovak/Czech/Russian plus English.
Candidates working on this position will be responsible for:
managing the technical issues reported by the users of the IT system in company;
technical support for multilingual clients via phone or e-mail;
solving technical issues connected with software and hardware, network connection;
providing professional help in accordance with the high-standard performance;
applying the best practices aiming at increase the level of performance quality.
IT education or relevant experience on the similar position;
very good language skills concerning the following pairs of languages: English/German, English/Slovak, English/Czech, English/Russian
knowledge of IT infrastructures such as hardware (e.g. PC, printers), network (TCP/IP, , LAN-WAN) Internet technologies, software (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Office and Outlook).
